Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to LMK | Lounge. LMK | Lounge operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”).
LMK | Lounge is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer law.
By placing an order, you confirm that the products are being purchased for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, unless an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

We use third-party production, fulfilment and shipping partners for some of our products.
This may include print-on-demand and fulfilment providers such as Printify, Printly and Gelato.
Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs processing, production delays, weather conditions and other unforeseen events.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist you if a delivery is delayed or lost.
For consumers, the risk associated with the goods generally remains with the seller until the goods have been delivered to the consumer or another person designated by the consumer, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have regarding delivery, delays or non-delivery.

LMK | Lounge, including its name, logos, product names, service names, designs and slogans, may constitute trademarks or protected intellectual property belonging to LMK | Lounge or their respective owners.

LMK | Lounge is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
However, when you purchase products or services from LMK | Lounge, the transaction is made directly between you and LMK | Lounge.
Shopify is not responsible for the products or services sold by LMK | Lounge or for disputes arising from purchases made through our store, except where required by applicable law.

Personal information collected through our Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information relating to your use of our Services in accordance with Shopify’s own privacy practices.
